Product overview

A front-end installation places the cylinder between the chassis and the headboard of the tipping body. The closed length has to fit the available space and the stroke has to reach the tipping angle without over-extending.

We size this cylinder from the chassis drawing rather than from a nominal tonnage, because two trucks with the same payload can have very different space under the body.
