Hydraulic cylinders, pumps, valves and complete lift systems for tippers and trailers

Manufacturing

How our cylinders are built

A tipper cylinder is judged by how many cycles it survives in dust and grit. These are the construction details we control, and the workshop where they are finished.

A tipping cylinder is a simple component that fails for simple reasons: a seal that loses elasticity, a rod that scores, a head that cracks at the thread, or abrasive dust that reaches the gland. Our production and assembly process is organised around those four failure modes.

The workshop handles cylinder assembly, coating and system matching. Machining of tubes, rods and castings is carried out with local partners inside the Zhumadian special-vehicle cluster, which keeps the supply chain short and allows non-standard dimensions to be produced without long lead times.

Before shipment, the cylinder, pump and valve of an order are checked against the vehicle data used for the selection, and the parts are packed for export according to the agreed packing method.

Construction

Four details that decide service life

  • Imported high-grade oil seals give a tight, stable seal under load and reduce internal leakage over time.
  • The piston rod is given a thickened hard-chrome layer, which resists scoring and keeps the seal running on a smooth surface.
  • The cylinder head is forged in one piece instead of being welded from several parts, which raises torsional strength at the highest loaded point.
  • A dedicated dust wiper in front of the rod seal keeps abrasive material out of the gland in tipper and quarry use.

Assembly

Matched, assembled and checked as a system

Cylinder, pump and valve are configured for the same flow and pressure range before shipment. That is why we ask for the vehicle details instead of only a part number: a mismatched combination is the most common reason a lift system underperforms.

Fast-moving items — cylinders, pumps, valves and fittings — are kept in stock so that mixed orders and replacement requests can be consolidated into one shipment.

  • Configuration checked against the vehicle data before production.
  • Export packing agreed per order — carton, pallet or crate depending on the parts.
  • Installation guidance and after-sales support included with the delivery.
