Product overview

The 4TG series is the front-end telescopic cylinder used on tipping bodies where the cylinder stands at the front of the body and pushes the floor up through a bracket on the headboard.

Telescopic construction keeps the closed length short enough to fit under the body while still giving the stroke needed to reach the tipping angle. The cylinder head is forged in one piece and the rod carries a thickened hard-chrome layer so the seal runs on a hard, smooth surface.
